CITEA Host Employers are selected for their excellence in their trade and their commitment to training apprentices.  They recognise the importance of skilling the trades people of tomorrow, ensuring our community have the skills we need in the construction industry in the future.

As a Host Employer of a CITEA apprentice you have access to specialised Training & Welfare Officers who provide their services in ensuring the apprentices are offered the highest level of training and support possible.  CITEA also have avaiable OH&S specialists to assist with all matters of safety.  Industrial relations advise is available as needed and CITEA also have access to counselling services for all people associated with the organisation through an Employee Assistance Program with Construction Charitable Works (CCW).
